Returns

You may return most apparel items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@chucklescollective.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send simple instructions to get it back to us.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Please allow up to one billing cycle for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or we sent the wrong product.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?

Simply return your original item using the process above and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re human, but we own our mistakes. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
