Chuckles Collective Returns & Exchanges

At Chuckles Collective, we want you to wear what feels right — literally.
If something doesn’t quite click, we’ll help make it right.


Returns

  • You may return most apparel items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.

  • To start a return, email us at support@chucklescollective.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send simple instructions to get it back to us.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

  • Please allow up to one billing cycle for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or we sent the wrong product.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

  • Simply return your original item using the process above and place a new order for the replacement.

  • This ensures your new gear ships out faster.


Final Sale Items

To keep things fair and efficient, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom items

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re human, but we own our mistakes. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email support@chucklescollective.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and your order number.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement right away.
