  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

  • U.S. orders: Typically arrive in 5–10 business days after shipping.

  • International orders: Usually arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.

Processing time is in addition to these delivery estimates.

We’re all about good energy and great value.

  • Enjoy free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).

  • Orders below $75 ship at the calculated rate shown at checkout.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable on returns unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Double-check your address and ask neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.

  3. Still missing? Email support@chucklescollective.com and we’ll help you track it down.

While we can’t control carrier or customs delays, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issue quickly.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees once your order reaches their country.
